As the Technology Manager, Terrence is responsible for Network Administration, and Maintenance for Board and Workforce Centers. He is a graduate of Hertzing Institute, Birmingham, AL where he received a certificate of completion in Computer Programming and Operations. Terrence received a Degree while on active duty from the Community College of the Air Force in Management Information Systems (MIS).</p> <p>Terrence also serves on a variety of community boards and is involved in many community projects. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Grayson County Junior Achievement, Grayson County Juvenile Alternatives, Grayson County Health Department, and Texoma School to Careers Partnership Steering Committee Board. Terrence also serves on 3 committees for Texas Workforce Commission, in Austin, TX – the System Administrators Team (SAT), Technology Oversight Planning Subcommittee (TOPS), CCMS Technology Advisory Team. He is also the Vice President of the Neighborhood Recreation Committee, and Freedom Fund Chairman for the Grayson County NAACP, Committee member for the annual Texomaland Black Expo, City representative on the Sherman Investment Committee, City representative on the Texoma Council Of Governments (TCOG) governing body.</p> <p>Terrence has years of experience in a broad range of areas such as: Prevention, Diversity, Youth Involvement, Team Building, Empowerment, Youth/Gang Violence, Church Involvement, Working with Convicts.</p> <p>Mr. Steele is a Desert Storm veteran with 11 years of military service to the U.S. Air Force. Edwards and Sons where he began his career as a Financial Consultant and personal success coach. Prior to A.G. Edwards, Steve represented Farm Bureau Insurance for 20 years. Fourteen of those years he was the manager of the Sherman, Texas office. His insurance agency moved from being the 39<sup>th</sup> largest to 6<sup>th</sup> largest in Texas during his time there. His years with Farm Bureau allowed him and his family to travel the world to visit such places as Russia, China, Hong Kong, Spain, London, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, France, and Germany. Steve has developed and presented training seminars for the insurance industry and Christian organizations for many years. Steve has previous experience in the grocery, restaurant and meat market businesses, as well as, antiques, metal sculpture and real estate. Being self-employed most of his life has given him an understanding of the value and struggles of small business.</p> <p>Steve was raised in Ropesville, Texas, a small West Texas town with a population of 475. His years in Ropesville have given him a sense of the impact that community can have on the lives of people. He is a graduate of Bonham High School and received a Technical Electrical Degree from Grayson County College.</p> <p>Arthur and his wife, Jeannie have been married for 47 years and have three children, Mickey, Debbie and Jeff and seven grandchildren.</p> <p>Arthur is co-founder of Four Rivers Outreach and currently serves on the boards of Goodwill Industries of North Texas and Family Drug Court. He is a member of the Star Recovery Court Steering Committee, Workforce Solutions Task Force to address drug use in Grayson County, and Grayson County Social Services.
