About

We are one of the largest nonprofit, faith-based organizations in Grayson County, providing both residential and non-residential programs for men and women who have life-controlling problems such as alcohol, drug abuse and homelessness. Our residential men’s dorm will open in the fall of 2009. Our current programs for men and women are: Life Skill Classes, GED and Adult Literacy Program, Job Skills Program, accountability and working the program. All these programs are free of charge and with God’s help the cycle of addictions and poverty can be broken.

Four Rivers Outreach was founded in 2006 by Arthur Horn and Larry Watkins, two men with a passion and a vision to provide a safe and loving environment for healing lives, restoring families and individuals to a productive life style. Their passion for the addicted and homeless is changing lives and changing our community.
